Offer Sparks in your data centre or as a managed service. We provide you with server components – usable as Docker or Kubernetes templates. Backends for Matrix and other services can be obtained from us or you can use your existing infrastructure. You provide first-level support; we provide second and third level, software and documentation.

  • Server components from us – Docker and Kubernetes

    We provide you with server components that you can use as Docker or Kubernetes templates in your infrastructure. So you run Sparks in your data centre or at your cloud partner with clear, maintainable building blocks.

  • Backends from us or from your stack

    Backends for Matrix, video and other services can be obtained from us – or you use your existing stack (e.g. your own Matrix or media servers). So you adapt the architecture to your environment and your customers.

  • Operation in your infrastructure

    Sparks on-premise in your data centre or at your cloud partner. You retain control over data and SLA.

  • Support split: first level with you, second and third level with us

    First-level support can be fully handled by you – you are the first point of contact for your customers. We support you with second and third level: installation, upgrades, troubleshooting and product depth. You keep control of the customer dialogue; we provide the technical backstop.

  • EU and GDPR

    Hosting in the EU is mandatory for many customers. Sparks supports you with clear processing locations and compliance.

  • Documented APIs and releases

    Regular releases, changelogs and documented interfaces. So you can plan maintenance and extensions.

Industry-specific requirements and certification

Many customers have industry-specific or certification-related requirements. As a partner you can cover these – we support you with the product and with second/third-level support.

  • Healthcare and medical

    Requirements around data protection, reporting obligations or special availability can be met with Sparks in your environment. You know the sector and the customers; we provide the communications platform and technical support in the background.

  • Critical infrastructure (KRITIS)

    Organisations in critical infrastructure often need documented processes, EU hosting and clear support escalation. As an operations partner you can meet these requirements with your infrastructure and your first-level support; we support at second and third level.

  • ISO 27001 and other certifications

    Sparks does not plan to pursue its own ISO 27001 certification. Customers who need a certified environment or certified provider can be served by you as a partner: for example with your certified data centre or your certified organisation. Sparks delivers the software and technical support to you; you deliver the customer-facing service within your certified framework.
