Sparks for Teams is open source. You can review the code, adapt it internally and run Sparks in your infrastructure or with a hosting partner.
The point
Auditability and self-operation are a fair procurement goal. The workplace with optional Microsoft 365, bundled calendar, advanced meetings and AI stays a commercial product.

Open standards and the application
Chat may use an open protocol, calendar CalDAV, files WebDAV. That helps operations and integration. The Sparks application itself — UI, middleware, meeting logic — is provided as open source.
