What is included in the Sparks Business plan?
Sparks Business combines chat (Matrix), video meetings up to 300 participants, calendar and file storage – plus meeting AI with 2 million tokens per organisation.
How does Business differ from the Business + Agent bundle?
Business covers collaboration and meeting AI. The bundle adds custom agents, org knowledge and actions – cheaper than buying both products separately.
Is the AI agent included in Business?
Meeting AI (summaries, transcripts) is included in Business. Custom agents come via the bundle or the Sparks Agent add-on. Your own API keys (BYOK) stay without a surcharge.
Where are my data hosted?
Sparks is developed and hosted in the EU. This gives SMEs an EU-based foundation for data protection, data sovereignty and compliance.
How does the Microsoft integration work?
In Sparks Business you can connect calendar, contacts, todos and files from Microsoft 365. Communication (chat/video) runs through Sparks.
How do I get a Pilot Check?
